The Trump Organization is making a grand return to Dubai’s skyline with the announcement of a new 80-story skyscraper, the Trump International Hotel & Tower Dubai. This major real estate development marks the brand’s first high-rise project in the Middle East and is being launched in partnership with luxury developer Dar Global.

Set to rise 350 meters along Sheikh Zayed Road at the entrance of Downtown Dubai, the project is expected to be completed by December 2031. Once finished, it will house a five-star hotel, branded residences, and a collection of ultra-luxury amenities—including the world’s highest outdoor swimming pool.

The project was officially unveiled in April 2025 and is already gaining traction among global investors. Designed with high-net-worth individuals in mind, the development merges architectural innovation with opulence and exclusivity.

Dar Global, the development partner, is well-known for bringing luxury brands to life through real estate, having previously collaborated with iconic names like Missoni, W Hotels, and Versace. The Trump-Dar Global collaboration aims to redefine luxury living in Dubai, catering to affluent international buyers looking for prime investment opportunities.

Investor interest is being fueled by Dubai’s growing global status, attractive real estate returns, and the city’s appeal as a safe-haven asset market. With an expected delivery in 2031, off-plan sales are anticipated to launch in phases throughout 2025 and 2026.

This new addition to Dubai’s architectural portfolio cements the Trump Organization’s long-term commitment to the region.
